His role as CEO includes recruitment of senior executives, contact with the financial market, the media and the regulator. He will focus on SGDX market strategy and development of SGDX international network. Dato’ Sri Teo other business include precious metals, aquaculture and mining industries. He has previously held a number of senior appointments in the private equity and venture capital industry. For royal honor, Dato’ Sri Teo is conferred the titles of “Dato Sri” and “Dato” by His Majesty, Sultan Abdullah Ahmad Shah, the King of Malaysia. He is also appointed as JP. (Justice of the Peace) by His Royal Highness, Sultan of Kedah, Malaysia. Dato’ Sri Teo is actively involved with various international NGOs and associations where he is appointed as their Chairman, Honorary Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Honorary Advisor due to his vast business experiences and networks. For his personal passion, Dato’ Sri Teo is one of the most senior international Judge for Arowana competition in the ornamental fish industry.
