SGDX Singapore Diamond Exchange – We believe that our prices can’t be beat. However, if you find a diamond of comparable quality and characteristics that is lower in price than the one on our site, follow the guidelines below to see if we can match the price.

GUIDELINES

1. Diamond Price Match Guarantee is a free service and only takes a few minutes to get started.

Simply call us at +65.88788788 or send us a message and a qualified Diamond Consultant will be happy to review your inquiry. In most cases, SGDX expects to have the lowest price, but can typically match the price if the competitor’s price is lower.

2. No sales pitch.

SGDX Diamond Consultants do not work on commission, so there’s no pressure, no sales pitch. We simply want to provide you with the best possible diamond at the best price.

3. The exact diamond.

To ensure accuracy, the Diamond Price Match Guarantee program requires that diamonds are graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

In fact, we are so confident in our prices that we offer a diamond price match guarantee program; if you find an advertised diamond of comparable size, shape, and quality, we will work to match the competitor's price.

    SGDX Diamond Price Match Guarantee

    Terms & Conditions:

    The following terms and conditions apply to SGDX’s Diamond Price Guarantee program:
    1. The competitor’s diamond must have the same characteristics, including carat weight, cut, color, clarity, fluorescence, table and depth percentage, symmetry, etc. as a certified SGDX diamond. SGDX reserves the right to review your request and decide, in our sole discretion, whether the competitor’s diamond is comparable.
    2. Cannot be combined with our Diamond Upgrade Program.
    3. SGDX’s Diamond Price Guarantee program applies only to certified loose diamonds sold through www.sgdx.com.
    4. The Diamond Price Guarantee only applies before you purchase your SGDX diamond. Once you purchase from SGDX, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your diamond to us within 30 days.
    5. To verify the competing price, you must supply our Diamond Consultants with: (1) a copy of the grading report from GIA for the competitor’s diamond, and (2) a link to a website offer or a published price offer. This cannot be a marketplace site which aggregates listings from other retailers, it must be the actual retailer providing the diamond.
    6. The competing price must be available to any member of the public and cannot be a unique discount.
    7. The lower price must remain in effect at the time your request is verified by SGDX.
    8. Expired offers are not eligible.
    9. Competing prices must be in same currency.
    10. Diamond price match does not qualify for colored diamonds.
    11. The competitor’s diamond must have a GIA grading report and the report must be dated within the last two (2) years.
    12. The competitor’s diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at that price.
    13. The SGDX price is the price after any rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts have been applied to the item. Costs for comparable shipping and handling will be included in the price comparison.
    14. Competitors’ special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, bundled products and “buy one, get one” offers are not eligible for the Price Guarantee.
    15. Time-limited sales events (such as Black Friday, “early bird” or “door buster” offers ), offers advertised as limited in time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and going out of business sales, and loyalty program offers are ineligible for the Diamond Price Guarantee program.
    16. The Diamond Price Guarantee does not apply where the competitor or SGDX has made a pricing error or typographical error on an item.
    17. Pawn shops and auctions (websites or brick and mortar stores) are ineligible for the Diamond Price Guarantee.
    18. Only one diamond per customer is eligible for the Diamond Price Guarantee (multiple claims on the same diamond will not be eligible, regardless of the quantity ordered), and the Diamond Price Guarantee can only be applied once per diamond, even if a lower-priced offer is subsequently found.
    19. The Diamond Price Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. The Diamond Price Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
    20. If SGDX decides to match a competitor’s price, we will honour the new price for 48 hours.
    21. SGDX reserves the right to verify all information regarding the competing offer and to refuse to offer a lower price, in its sole discretion, if unsatisfied with its ability to verify the competing price.
    22. The Diamond Price Match cannot be combined with any affiliate partner activity of any kind and includes but is not limited to: offers, coupons, loyalty, rebate, or reward partnerships. Stacking of offers on top of the reduced price match is strictly prohibited.
    23. We reserve the right to: (1) deny requests, (2) modify these terms at any time, and (3) terminate the Diamond Price Guarantee at any time.
    Yes, We do supply single order or parcel order for lab grown diamonds at wholesale price. We don't list our inventory here and you can contact us at customer@sgdx.com for your requirement.  Our customers include jewelry manufacturers and retailers.
    Conflict-free diamonds are diamonds that were not obtained due to human rights abuses, civil war, child labor, violence, or environmental degradation. At SGDX, we make sure that our customers receive conflict-free diamonds. Our internal guidelines exceed government requirements:
    1. We cut and polish many of the diamonds with our partners on our website.
    2. We only purchase polished diamonds from professional members of the diamond trade.
    3. We have contracts with our suppliers which guarantee that their diamonds are conflict-free.

    • As the sole intermediary between the mine and the wholesale market, SGDX primary business is trading physical diamonds with international Diamond Bourses. We are trading our diamonds fast in parcel deals and this is why we can offer you the best price compare to any other manufacturers or jewelers.
    • Unfortunately we are not offering our customers option for online ring settings. We always recommended our customers to custom made their rings by experienced and trusted craftsman in their respective countries. Jewelry craftmanship is an art of patience. The quality of jewelry craftsmanship involved in creating the perfect masterpiece takes expertise, skill and meticulous work.
    • Ordering your diamond ring online need to be caution as many craftmanship are found to be inferior quality. If you really need a professional custom made designer ring from us, please kindly contact SGDX at service@sgdx.com for your special order.
    • For Singapore customers, SGDX will refer you directly to our recommended craftsmen base on your requirements. They will offer you good dealer price similar to other jewelers going to them. Why let the jewelry companies do another round of markup on workmanship fees when you can have all the cost saving solution from us. Moreover, you will receive better service going back to the same craftsman for alteration or repair anytime.
    • Yes. Our items are fully insured during transit. All purchases require a signature at the time of delivery. SGDX takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all packages.

    • To allow time for proper inspection by our gemologists, loose diamonds are shipped 1-7 working days after payment. All shipping is FedEx Priority. All other jewelry and engagement rings will be shipped in one to three weeks, depending on the production schedule for your special order. Please note: Overnight Friday packages arrive on Monday.
    • You will be kept informed of the transportation process at every step. You may also access shipping information by viewing your order tracking page at https://www.sgdx.com/order-tracking
    • When you place an international order, we will ship it to you for free. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. Shipping is done via Fedex International Priority for orders over $500 in value and usually takes two to three days.

    • International shipping: We ship diamonds to many countries including the U.S, EU and Asia etc. We deliver to your home, business address or nearest Fedex location. On the day of shipment, we will email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information.

    Return Policy

    If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange – we even pay for the return shipping. Free returns only apply to Singapore and Malaysia customers and are limited to one per customer. International customers pay a small return shipping fee of USD50.00 to return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:
    1. Contact our Customer Service department at +65.88788788.
    2. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
    3. Within one business day of your phone call we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
    4. Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply mail it back to us! If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.
    5. Your order should arrive in our office in two business days (excludes weekends and holidays). All refunds will be processed within two to four weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.
    Improperly packaged items:
    • Items sent to our office without a invoice number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
    Damaged and Used Items:
    • Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition.” Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than SGDX will not be accepted.
    Loose diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a USD200 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate. Special orders and Parcel orders cannot be returned.
    Yes. We currently have GIA Graduate Gemologists on staff. These gemologists are an integral part of our customer service team. If you have any further questions, you can speak with a graduate gemologist at any time.
    A Gemological Institute of America (GIA), American Gem Society (AGS), or International Gemological Institute (IGI) diamond certificate assures the value and quality of your diamond. GIA, AGS and IGI are the gold standard in diamond grading. Their reports detail key characteristics of each diamond.
    The Four C's - Carat (size), Color, Clarity and Cut - are the industry grade standard from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Every diamond is specifically graded on these features. Please see more information at Diamond 4Cs.

    Yes. All diamonds on our website are available for purchase.

    • Depends what you’re going for. Lab grown diamonds are conflict-free and vary in their diamond grading. Lab grown diamonds allow you to maximize your budget, giving up to 50% more size for the same cost, while natural diamonds are incredible works of nature and the traditional investment.
    • SGDX professional advise to our customer: There are no honest online retailers telling you this, please try to avoid Lab grown diamonds unless you have tight budget because there are no investment value in long term. For more information, please see Lab Grown Diamonds.
    Lab-grown diamonds are created in a lab (you probably figured that out already). Using advanced technology, they’re grown from a seed to a fully-formed diamond. For more information, please see Lab Grown Diamonds.
    • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.
    • Many customers purchasing items valued over $1,000 prefer paying by wire transfer. Wire transfer orders receive a 3.0% discount from our listed price. Customers paying by wire will receive wiring instructions once they have completed the check-out process. We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. At our sole discretion, we may require bank wire payment for any international order or orders in excess of $10,000.
    • Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with our customer service department. For security purposes, SGDX may request additional documentation (such as drivers license, photocopy of credit card, etc) on some transactions.
